Latest Event The Maryland Patent Law Association Fall Dinner Meeting met on Thursday, September 14, 2006, at Positano's in Bethesda, Maryland. Robert Spar, Director of the Office of Patent Legal Administration, spoke on the topic of Recent Changes to PTO Practice. Click here for the Power Point slides. Click here for the photos. Although Bob passed out copies of the slides, he asked what topics we wanted to hear about. His remarks addressed all of those topics and thus the slides were not projected.
